Dealwa is the bottle and the branded water. The lab is everything else I build to learn: mechanisms, systems, things that break on purpose so the next version does not.

No pitch deck survives first contact with reality. The lab is where that contact happens. Real hardware. Real lessons. A few scars I am proud of.
