How I work

I am an entrepreneur and a hardware builder, based in Hong Kong. I call myself a failure enthusiast because a failure is specific. It tells you what broke.

Dealwa is the company. The lab is where the other hardware lives: robotics, systems, side experiments. I do not start from a pitch deck. I listen to the problem until it hurts, then I question it. I build fast and I break faster. What I keep is hardware that works, and the lesson.

If you manufacture in China, the practical part is on the advisory page: a factory visit, a compliance scan, or the shape of a manufacturing deal. Based on real experience, not a slide.

APPROACH

A figure pressing a hand against frosted glass

01

I listen to the problem until it hurts. Then I question everything.

Stick figures running through two doorways

02

I build fast, break faster. No pitch deck survives first contact with reality.

A hat floating in dusty air

03

Real hardware that works. Real lessons that stick. And a few scars I'm proud of.

Aleksandar Tisma here is a hardware entrepreneur in Hong Kong and founder of Dealwa, not the Serbian novelist Aleksandar Tišma (1924-2003).
